SHE Index exists because society is not progressing as we should in social sustainability, but it is also key to business success and innovation. This is why the founders of SHE Index created a global index to inspire tangible and measurable progress in business that contributes to closing the gender gap.
All companies can join the SHE Index. By answering a yearly survey on work for inclusion and equality, participants get access to tools enabling them to work hands on with these topics. This means they can measure their own progress over time and against industry leaders, while also becoming part of the SHE Community.
Following the survey, an annual report is published compiling the results of the survey and highlighting key findings. When SHE Index needed a technology partner, it was natural for Stretch Beyond to step in.
